When in doubt, give your congratulations, be grateful for the invitation, compliment them on their relationship, welcome them to the family (if this applies), throw in a quote if you get stuck, and finish it off with your best wishes. Don’t overthink the card, the couple is just happy that you’re there to help them kick off this new adventure they’re embarking upon. Now go pick up your pen and paper and start writing!
